
Create a new profile, life's good, three weeks later, scanner stops again. Three weeks later, scanner stops working. Went through all of the above again, but this time they had me create a new profile on the computer and it worked. Contacted RP for support again, this time around I get level two tech support. We installed the scanner software and life was good. We deployed a newly imaged Win 10 pro system. After all of that, and 3 or so different techs trying the same thing, they advised me to reformat the system. Ended up moving scanner to a different system where it does work (can't keep it there for other reasons). Physically changing USB ports, different USB cable. Uninstalled / Reinstalled device drivers + run windows updates, rebooting when necessary.

Cleared cookies/temp int files using CCleaner, reset IE, followed all of RealPage's Troubleshooting steps included the following simplified list: I have been dealing with our vendor's support (RealPage) for the past few weeks and I'm getting very frustrated at this point.

I have verified that the scanner works on other computers. The scanner will work fine for a few weeks then out of nowhere it stops working. I'm having a problem with one Panini Vision X scanner on a single Win 10 Pro computer.
